MRU Celebration Conference

Join our Midwest Rural-Urban Girls Collaborative Forum!

Purpose:
The purpose of this conference is to bring together the people and organizations that have collaborate on MRU projects over the last two years to celebrate their accomplishments and to continue the challenge of encouraging girls' involvement in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math activities.
Attendance:
All who have participated in MRU activities over the last two years are welcome!
Teachers & Counselors are welcome!
K-12 educators, Higher Ed People are welcome!
Government agencies are welcome!
Business and industry are welcome!
People & Organizations interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math from MO, AR, KS, and Northeast OK are welcome!

Plaster Student Union, at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Directions and Map
What:
  • Come Celebrate the accomplishments of the girls and organizations who have taken part in the MRU Project.
  • Gather ideas for STEM activities you could start for girls in your area.
